Cleaning conservatory windows and doors

The vertical exterior glass may be suitable for an ordinary window-cleaning method, depending on access and the condition of the frames. Sliding doors, full-height glass and awkward panels should be mentioned in advance, especially where a conservatory sits behind an extension.

What about frames, guttering and seals?

uPVC frames and external sills can collect algae and debris where they meet panels. Small conservatory gutters can also collect leaves or moss. Cleaning these parts is not the same as repairing a leak, replacing a seal or clearing a blocked downpipe, so be clear about what you need.

Is the conservatory roof included?

Usually you should ask for the roof to be assessed and priced separately.
